Best practice to protect your energy and stay positive!
Ok, I'm not somebody who thinks that you ALWAYS have to be in a positive mindset. However, when you find yourself heading towards a negative space and you're feeling anxious then a shift is required! Acknowledge when you are not in a good space and try to figure out what you can calibrate so that you feel better again.
